As a TV psychologist, I contribute to a wide range of issues before, during and after filming - selection and screening using in depth interviews; checks on psychological health; assessment of psychological risks; advice and support for contributors, crew and producers; on-call support, on-site call-outs, debriefing and aftercare. I have interviewed over 2,200 contributors on 130+ TV programmes since 2001 - sometimes one person for a documentary, sometimes 100 or more hopefuls for a high profile reality show. I have postgraduate degrees in clinical psychology and psychotherapy. I have wide experience in clinical, business, sports and TV psychology.
